We’re pleased to share that our coaching roster has been locked in for 2026 with two leaders remaining on in their roles for another season and one club legend is returning.

Stuart Thompson will remain on as Director of Cricket for the fifth season,

Regan West returns as Women’s Head Coach for the third year.

Stevie Dyer returns to the club in an official capacity as Head of Youth Cricket.
We’re thrilled to be able to call upon three highly credentialled and experienced coaches to continue to drive performance in the senior club and nourish the talent in our junior section.
The trio will work closely together again in 2026 to help guide our developing young crop of players along their cricketing journey.
Club Chairman Andrew Cowden said:
“I’m absolutely delighted to secure such a knowledgeable and experienced coaching team for the 2026 season. I’m excited and looking forward to seeing the impact this team will have on all club players in 2026 and beyond.
Another factor which makes this coaching team extra special is they have all been associated with CSNI for a long period of time and understand the DNA of the club, what is important and what makes CSNI a very special and unique club.
This coaching team will be assisted by Irish international Jordan Neill, professional Ashwin Hebbar, Irish passport holder Jake Collingwood and other experienced and younger club coaches.“
